About the role

We are looking for a Strategic Sales Manager - Power System to join our dynamic team at CLLS Engineering (M) Sdn Bhd. In this full‑time position, you will be responsible for driving new business development for our power system solutions in the Kulai Johor, Malaysia, Thailand and other Asean countries. Your strategic sales approach and industry expertise will be key to expanding our customer base and achieving our ambitious growth targets.

What will be your responsibilities:

Sales & Business Development

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the data centre sector — hyperscale, colocation, enterprise, and edge
• Build a qualified pipeline of strategic opportunities and drive deals from prospecting to close
• Secure direct access to top‑tier developers, EPCs, consultants, and OEMs
• Monitor market trends, competitor pricing, and project movements to sharpen your go‑to‑market strategy
