The annual base salary for this position ranges from $69,600.00 in our lowest geographic market to $137,000.00 in our highest geographic market. Actual salary will vary based on a candidate's location, qualifications, skills and experience.

The Strategic Sourcing Analyst serves as a critical link between Merchandising, Product Development, and Global Sourcing & Manufacturing, translating product and business strategies into actionable sourcing plans. This role reports to the Director, Global Footwear Sourcing and partners closely with Merchandising, Development, Costing, Operations, our Liaison Office and manufacturing partners across the Converse footwear ecosystem.
