As a **Strategic Sourcing Manager** here at Honeywell, you will play a critical role in driving the procurement strategy and supplier relationships to optimize costs, quality, and delivery performance for the NPI projects.

You will report directly to our **Sr Director Strategic Sourcing** and you’ll work out of our **Monterrey, Mexico** location on a **Hybrid** work schedule.

In this role, you will impact the company by driving cost savings, mitigating supply chain risks, and ensuring the availability of high-quality materials and services. You will develop and execute sourcing strategies to optimize supplier performance, reduce total cost of ownership, and improve overall supply chain efficiency. By leveraging market intelligence and conducting supplier evaluations, you will identify and onboard strategic suppliers to support business objectives.
