Teleste is seeking a Sourcing Manager to join its Public Safety and Mobility business in Turku or Forssa, with flexibility across both sites. You will lead strategic sourcing, RFQs, and supplier negotiations, shaping cost, quality, and delivery across electronics manufacturing.

You will collaborate with R&D, production, and operations, driving risk management and supplier performance while supporting new product introductions.
