**Position Purpose:**

The Manager of Sourcing will be responsible for developing, executing, and managing sourcing initiatives (lead RFP events, conduct cost optimization projects, and identify cost savings initiatives) across various International, Domestic and Final Mile Transportation modes and in-direct store merchandising categories.

Competencies:

+ High level of strategic and analytical thinking, project management and organizational skills.
+ Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
+ Ability to define vendor strategy at category level, establish vendor relationship guidelines and expectations. Make decision whether to maintain, exit or source new vendors.
+ Ability to perform spend analysis and develop a sourcing roadmap focused on cost savings, risk reduction, process improvement, and new that opportunities
+ Provide insights and recommendations based on analysis, research, industry trends, benchmarking, and best practices.
