Your RoleWe are looking for a Strategy Manager to join the team, reporting directly to the Strategy & Transformation Director. In this role, you will lead the definition of Affinity’s strategy and drive its execution, turning strategic ambition into concrete initiatives and measurable impact.What you will do

Lead and/or support strategic thinking across the organization, partnering with Corporate and Country Teams to deliver rigorous, structured analyses and actionable recommendations

Lead and/or coordinate cross-functional strategic and transformation initiatives at a company-wide level, from problem definition to execution follow-up

Continuously monitor markets and competitors, translating intelligence into strategic insights and implications for the business

Own the Value Creation Plan of the company. Build financial models and valuation analyses to support strategic decision-making and investment cases...
