Objective of job 
This role supports the backbone of strategic clarity, management rhythm and execution discipline for the new department. It supports the translation of BMBS strategic priorities into concrete choices, company-level KPI logic, decision-oriented review materials and implementation follow-through, while supporting management offsites, strategic workshops and selected CEO-/ExCom-level projects to generate decisions, ownership and execution leverage rather than additional coordination load.
