What is the Stream Head Process Improvement & Management?

The Stream Head Process Improvement & Management is responsible for defining and driving the enterprise-wide process management and continuous improvement strategy across Enterprise Solution. The role leads a team responsible for business process transformation, governance, process digitization, workflow automation, AI-enabled process optimization, and operational excellence initiatives. The incumbent partners with different stakeholders within the Enterprise team to redesign business processes, implement intelligent automation solutions, and embed a culture of continuous improvement. The role reports directly to the Head of Digital Transformation & Process Management.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute the process improvement and operational excellence strategy aligned with Jazz Business objectives.
