Due to business growth, we are looking for a Stream Manager to organize and coordinate live online broadcasts. Responsibilities: Plan and coordinate live streaming sessions Prepare and manage technical setup (OBS or similar software) Communicate with hosts, content creators, or partners Monitor stream quality during live broadcasts Track performance metrics and prepare reports Moderate live chat when required Requirements: Experience with streaming platforms (YouTube, TikTok, Twitch, etc.) Basic knowledge of OBS or similar broadcasting tools Strong organizational and communication skills Ability to work independently Nice to Have: Experience managing commercial or promotional streams Basic understanding of lighting and audio setup Experience working with e-commerce or digital content projects We Offer: Competitive compensation (fixed rate + performance bonus) Professional growth opportunities Supportive team environment
