**Job Title: Stringer Operator Trainee**

**Job Description**

The Stringer Operator Trainee will learn to operate highly automated stringer equipment that assembles solar cells by running string through multiple cells and soldering them together for placement on solar panel frames. You will begin by working closely with an experienced operator, gradually taking full ownership of the machine, monitoring material supply, reviewing automated quality checks, and visually inspecting finished product. As you grow in the role, you are expected to increase your productivity and performance to meet and exceed the output of the current workforce.

**Responsibilities**

+ Train alongside an experienced operator to learn the complete operation of the stringer machine and related equipment.
+ Monitor the supply of string or thread in the system to ensure the machine does not run out of material during operation.
