Boeing Talent Acquisition is currently looking for a **Structural and Payload Design Engineer** to join our team in **Teknopark , Pendik/İstanbul, Türkiye.**

As a Structural & Payload Design Engineer, you will support the creation and maintenance of **CATIA‑based seat and suite assemblies** , perform **interference/clash checks** with surrounding structures and systems, and develop **model‑based drawings (Seat MDB)** that define installation requirements for manufacturing. You’ll work closely with project engineering, manufacturing, and supplier teams to implement design adjustments driven by customer requirements, while following Boeing drafting practices and PLM workflows.
