Adecco is hiring for Structural Assemblers for a manufacturer in Peabody! These are temp to perm opportunities.

1st shift schedule: Monday-Friday 7am-330pm

2nd shift schedule: Monday-Thursday 230pm-1am

Pay rate: 1st shift - $23-25 per hour, 2nd shift - $26-27 per hour

Key Responsibilities

• Blueprint & Drawing Interpretation: Analyze engineering blueprints, schematics, and work instructions to determine the exact layout and assembly sequence.

• Assembly & Fabrication: Position, align, and fit structural parts together using jigs, fixtures, and hoists.

• Fastening & Fitting: Secure parts using structural adhesives or fasteners like rivets, bolts, and screws.

• Precision Finishing: Cut, trim, drill, ream, and deburr components to achieve highly precise fits and clearances.
