JD – Structural Design
Key responsibilities
· Design and Analysis: Utilize advanced engineering principles and software tools, including Building Information Modeling (BIM) technology, to design, analyze, and optimize structural components and systems.
· Documentation and Specifications: Prepare and review detailed engineering calculations, technical specifications, and comprehensive reports that support and validate design decisions.
· Site and Project Management: Conduct on-site evaluations of existing structures to provide expert recommendations for repairs, upgrades, and retrofitting. Oversee project administration to ensure structural designs are implemented accurately and on schedule.
· Cross-Functional Integration: Collaborate seamlessly with architects, contractors, and other key stakeholders to integrate structural designs into overall project plans and resolve complex challenges.
