Performs analysis and design of steel structures and connections per codes (AISC/NSCP). Prepares calculations, checks drawings, and supports value engineering. Coordinates with detailing/BIM and site teams for constructability.
Prepares structural design and calculations for steel structures including beams and columns.
Reviews and approves shop drawings for fabrication and erection.
Ensures compliance with building codes and project specifications.
Coordinates with site team to resolve structural design issues.
Qualifications
With 5-10 years experience in Structural Design
Well versed in STAAD, ETABS and in performance-based.
Open minded in new structural designing construction concepts.
Active member of ASEP.
Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering.
