Key Responsibilities:

Perform structural design and development of aerospace components and assemblies in compliance with industry standards and airworthiness requirements. Work extensively on Engineering Change Management (ECM) processes, ensuring timely execution and documentation of design modifications. Create, update, and review 3D models and 2D drawings using tools such as CATIA V5 and ENOVIA/PLM systems. Perform detailed design modifications using CATIA V5. Support design integration with stress, manufacturing, and systems engineering teams. Conduct design reviews, tolerance stack-up analysis, and maintain accurate design documentation. Apply GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing) principles in designs and drawings to ensure manufacturability and assembly accuracy.
