Contract-to-Hire Opportunity

Location: Phoenix, AZ (Hybrid)

As a Structural Designer, you will apply your expertise as a key contributor to the design team, responsible for developing design concepts and producing high-quality 2D and 3D deliverables. This role supports advanced technology manufacturing environments, including semiconductor fabrication and support facilities.

You will develop conceptual and detailed structural models and translate engineering input into construction-ready documentation that aligns with departmental and client standards. A high level of precision, ownership, and attention to detail is required. You will also guide a small team, manage task assignments, monitor progress, and lead coordination efforts across disciplines to ensure successful delivery of design packages.
