Description
Hiring for Project Engineers/Civil Engineers for Structural Team with a full-service infrastructure engineering firm.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of civil and structural infrastructure projects from concept through construction.
- Oversee technical design and quality assurance efforts in accordance with company standards and client requirements.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, stakeholders, contractors, and public agencies.
- Monitor project financial performance, identify risks, and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Prepare project scopes, fee estimates, schedules, and work plans.
- Support business development efforts, including proposal preparation, interview presentations, and client relationship management.
- Attend project meetings and communicate project status to internal leadership and external stakeholders.
- Mentor and supervise junior engineers and project staff.
