Develop implement and maintain QA/QC procedures Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs) and checklists for structural and road-related works in compliance with RTA specifications contract documents and international standards.
Supervise monitor and evaluate the performance of structural and road inspectors ensuring inspections are conducted as per approved ITPs and quality requirements.
Review and approve shop drawings method statements and material submittals for bridges underpasses culverts retaining walls shoring systems road structures and ancillary highway structures.
Ensure compliance of road-related structural works including pavements (rigid) concrete barriers parapets crash barriers sign gantries lighting foundations and noise barrier foundations.
Coordinate and inspect foundation and substructure works such as piling pile caps abutments piers wing walls box culverts and utility protection structures.
