Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Structural Engineer with a strong structural engineering, particularly with existing buildings. The ideal candidate will possess an Engineer-in-Training (EIT) certification and have the ability to draft and design structural projects, coupled with excellent technical report writing and communication skills.
Responsibilities

+ Perform field inspections of existing buildings and structures, including parking garages, balconies, decks, roofs, façades, windows, and site improvements.

+ Identify, document, and assess structural deficiencies, deterioration, construction defects, and maintenance-related issues.

+ Collect field data, photographs, measurements, and observations to determine the probable causes of failures and develop practical repair recommendations.
