We are seeking a Structural Engineering Practice Leader to lead our mid-west structural engineering practice, overseeing business development, design quality, project delivery, client relationships, financial performance, and talent development. You will collaborate with a team of more than 65 structural engineers nationwide, delivering complex, high-performing projects in healthcare, sports, aviation, justice, and corporate markets. Our work has been recognized at the highest levels, including the Structural Engineering Excellence Awards for projects such as Energizer Park in St. Louis and Chicago O'Hare International Airport Terminal 5.
