We’re recruiting for an experienced Structural Lead to join one of Europe’s leading data centre contractors on a major hyperscale project based in Blyth, England.

This is a senior site leadership role responsible for managing and coordinating all structural (CSA) works across a large-scale mission-critical data centre project, ensuring safe, high-quality, and on-programme delivery from construction through to commissioning and handover.

As Structural Lead, you will take ownership of structural delivery planning, subcontractor management, performance tracking, and stakeholder coordination, ensuring full alignment between design, site delivery, commercial, and project controls teams.
