Stand-By Personnel is hiring Structural Welders for our client in Broken Arrow. This position focuses on welding and assembling skid-mounted structures in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Must be able to pass a weld test: 3G MIG/Flux

Responsibilities
- Perform MIG and Flux Core welding on carbon steel and structural components
- Read and interpret blueprints and fabrication drawings
- Assist with fitting and mechanical assembly of skid units
- Use measuring tools (tape measure, squares, calipers) accurately
- Maintain quality and safety standards
