POLE LOADING ANALYSIS (PLA) SPECIALIST

Why this role Encepta is growing our Pole Loading Analysis (PLA) team to meet increasing demand. This role is a great fit if you enjoy real-world problem‑solving, working with field‑derived inputs, and producing clean, defensible analysis packages. We’re open to intermediate candidates who can contribute quickly, entry‑level candidates with the right mindset, and senior candidates—including those interested in part‑time work with coaching/mentorship focus.

What you’ll do Your work will be primarily production (about 80%), with some time dedicated to quality and process improvement (about 20%). You will:

Complete pole loading analyses and make‑ready solutions for joint‑use attachments (telecom and utility environments)

Build accurate models from upstream inputs (IKE Office outputs, point clouds/measurements, photos, spans, attachmen...
