Develop, implement, and maintain QA/QC procedures, Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs), and checklists for structural and road-related works in compliance with RTA specifications and international standards.
Supervise and evaluate the performance of structural and road inspectors, ensuring inspections are conducted as per approved ITPs and quality requirements.
Review and approve shop drawings, method statements, and material submittals for bridges, underpasses, culverts, retaining walls, and ancillary highway structures.
Coordinate and inspect foundation, substructure, and road-related works including piling, pile caps, abutments, piers, pavements, and concrete barriers.
Monitor progress of structural works, report status and risks to the Project Manager, and coordinate interfaces with roadworks, utilities, and MEP services.
