Reporting in to the Site Manager & Project Manager, your dutuies will include:
- Manage all structural works from commencement through to completion.
- Coordinate concrete, formwork, reinforcement, post-tensioning, and associated trades.
- Drive programme outcomes and maintain productivity targets.
- Ensure safety standards are upheld across all site activities.
- Work closely with the Project Manager and Site Manager to achieve project milestones.
- Monitor quality outcomes and resolve construction issues proactively.
- Proven experience as a Structures Foreman on large commercial or multi-residential projects.
- Strong understanding of structural construction methodologies.
- Ability to lead subcontractors and site teams effectively.
- Excellent communication and planning skills.
- Commitment to safety, quality, and programme delivery.
