**Job Title: Structure Technician**

**Job Description**

The Structure Technician drills precision holes, assembles aerospace structural hardware, and performs detailed inspections to ensure components meet strict tolerance and quality requirements. This role works with aluminum structural components, adhesives, fasteners, and sealants to build and maintain high-reliability flight hardware in a dynamic aerospace environment.

**Responsibilities**

+ Drill precision holes on flight hardware using appropriate drill motors, drill sizes, and tooling such as jigs, fixtures, or egg cups to meet specified tolerances.
+ Select and set up the correct drill motors and pneumatic drilling equipment based on material, hole size, and precision requirements.
