The Boeing Test and Evaluation (BT&E) team is looking for a Structures Test Engineering Manager to join our growing team in Berkeley, MO. The selected candidate will be responsible for testing and verifying the structural design of our Air Dominance, Phantom Works, and Weapons products.

This job requires a determined commitment to continuous improvement that will drive increased quality, efficiency, and schedule performance. The ideal candidate will need to focus on and understand the key problems and lead the team to innovate and solve the root causes. A true focus on people, understanding how they are the key to our success and a commitment to developing them individually, is required.
