Overview
We are seeking a customer-focused Software & Application Support Specialist to join a well-established public sector organization in Harrison, NY. In this role you will serve as a primary resource for end users across multiple client sites, helping them navigate, learn, and get the most out of the data processing applications and software systems they rely on every day.
What You'll Do

+ Train clerical and administrative staff on software applications and data processing systems using existing documentation and materials

+ Provide guidance to client sites on preparing and submitting data for processing

+ Troubleshoot and resolve application issues via phone and email, escalating complex problems to senior staff as needed

+ Conduct informal training sessions to help end users become proficient in online and desktop applications
