General Description:

The Peer Mentorship Program is a part of the Success in Transfer and Retention for Students (STARS) project’s mission and objectives, which are overseen by the Project Director and Project Manager. Peer Mentors are tasked with the opportunity to create a caring space and support current NDNU students in their endeavors and goals throughout their NDNU journey. The Peer Mentorship Program creates a learning environment that includes non-cognitive development and leadership opportunities.
