Position Overview

is one of the leaders in the Student Care sector, and we are looking to recruit committed individuals who have a calling from God to serve together as a team by providing quality after‑school care support in a homely environment.

Duties / Responsibility Centre Administration
  • General office administration such as correspondence, filing, faxing, photocopying, mailing.
  • Attend to general enquires, enrolment, answering of telephone calls, taking down of messages and replenishing supplies.
  • Assist in coordinating of holidays/ad‑hoc programmes (eg arrangement of transport).
  • Minutes‑taking during staff meeting.
  • Ensuring inventory listing for Centre is updated and hardcopy purchases are filed.
  • Attend to parents at the door and support the student dismissal process.
  • Manage daily student attendance and temperature record.
