Reporting to the Manager, Office of Student Rights and Responsibilities, we are hiring a Student Conduct Specialist to join our team. As our new Student Conduct Specialist, you will play a key role in fostering a safe, respectful, and inclusive learning environment by supporting the fair resolution of non‑academic student conduct matters. You will guide students through complex and often sensitive situations, applying university policies with fairness, objectivity, and compassion while balancing student support with procedural integrity. Working collaboratively across the University, you will contribute to a culture where community standards, student rights, and accountability are upheld with consistency and care.

This is a full‑time hybrid role based at our BC campus, requiring four days per week on campus and one day working remotely.
