Job Description

• Investigate student incidents, including bullying, theft, fights, vandalism, and misconduct.
• Interview students and witnesses to gather accurate and impartial information.
• Collect and review evidence such as CCTV footage, written statements, and digital records.
• Prepare clear, professional investigation reports with findings and recommendations.
• Work closely with school leaders, teachers,counsellors, and SEN Officers on case management.
• Support students with empathy while promoting accountability and positive behaviour.
• Maintain confidential case records incompliance with school policies.
• Monitor behavioural trends and provide timely updates and reports to school management.

Requirements

• Minimum Higher Nitec or GCE'O' Level.
• At least 1 year of relevant working experience.
