Provide one-to-one mentoring and befriending support for Higher Needs Students (HNS), including students serving disciplinary consequences.
Plan and conduct motivational talks and engagement programmes that promote positive behaviour and character development.
Support basic fact-finding and information-gathering for student-related investigations, and assist in after-school neighbourhood patrols with Key Personnel (KPs).
Assist the Discipline Master in engaging parents and guardians on student discipline, behaviour management, and development.
Requirements
Minimum 2 years' experience working with families, children, or youth.
Strong interpersonal, communication, and engagement skills.
Experience in planning and conducting motivational, educational, or physical activities for children and youth will be an advantage.
