The services required shall include, but are not limite to, the following:

• One-to-One Student Support : Provide dedicated mentoring and befriending support to Higher Needs Students (HNS) within the discipline domain, including students who have been assigned disciplinary consequences by the school.
• Motivational Programmes and Engagements : Plan and conduct motivational talks or engagements sessions aimed at inspiring students, strengthening character development, and addressing discipline-related concerns.
• Discipline and Investigation Support : Assist in conducting basic fact-finding and information-gathering activities to support the school’s investigation of student-related incidents. Assist in patrolling the neighbourhood with KPs after school hours.
