Job Summary
Performs a variety of radiographic procedures applying ionizing radiation.
Essential Functions

• Performs radiographic or nuclear medicine examinations under direct supervision of technologist/manager. Processes film including evaluating film for technical quality. Performs test with portable equipment in patient's room when necessary. Must know how to operate all assigned areas of Diagnostic Radiology effectively and efficiently. Must be well skilled in positioning all rooms. Must keep repeats to a minimum and follow protocol. Quality check films before sending to radiologist to include markers, all pertinent information needed for appropriate dictation. Writes additional information on request as needed. Respon...
