Overview

We are looking for a Dance Fit Instructor to join our friendly and professional team. You will be customer focused and ensure that all attending are getting the best from the class, in a fun, enjoyable and safe environment. We are a not-for-profit leisure trust with a strong purpose to support our local communities and encourage people to become more active.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach group exercise classes in a Dance Fit / Exercise to Music format.
• Ensure a welcoming, enjoyable, and safe environment for participants.
• Work with the fitness team to deliver a successful class programme.
• Be a real people person, a team player, and contribute to a positive customer experience.
