Job summary Senior Studio & Operations Manager to take full ownership of running our Accra ceramics studio operations, production, logistics, inventory, suppliers, finances and reporting. A stand-alone role for an experienced, degree-educated operator who can land and run it independently from day one, keeping things smooth with minimal founder involvement. The Studio & Operations Manager owns the day-to-day operation of our Ghana studio and is accountable for the smooth running of production from raw material to finished, shipped product.
