We are looking to appoint an experienced Sub Agent to join a highly respected, tier‑one civil engineering contractor on a long‑term freelance basis at Plymouth Dockyard .

You will be joining a supportive and well‑established team, working for a business renowned for looking after its people and delivering complex, high‑quality infrastructure projects.

The contractor has recently secured a significant additional scope of works as part of a four‑year, £750 million framework with the UK MOD’s Submarine Delivery Agency (SDA) , delivering critical infrastructure to support and sustain the UK’s submarine fleet for decades to come.
The Role This is a fully site‑based position, working across multiple schemes with individual project values ranging from £500k to £30m , including:

• Large civil engineering structures
• Concrete repairs and maintenance
• Marine‑based civil engineering works
