In this role, you'll collaborate with a team of seasoned procurement professionals while being fully integrated into the broader program team. You’ll gain firsthand experience managing subcontracts throughout their entire life cycle—starting from proposal phases, through execution, and into closeout. **THE WORK**
The subcontract program manager will
• Be responsible for cost, schedule and technical performance for the LRDR and HDR-G programs
• Work with stakeholders from across business areas to support expedited procurement activities
• Lead cross-functional subcontract management teams that are spread across the country from various organizations (Supply chain, Quality, Engineering, Planning, Finance)
• Makes informed decisions affecting the performance of the subcontractor.
