You will be the Subcontract Program Senior Manager - Munitions Acceleration for the Munitions Acceleration team. Our team is responsible for driving global supply chain excellence across MFC lines of business.
**What You Will Be Doing**
As the Subcontract Program Senior Manager - Munitions Acceleration you will be responsible for leading cross‑functional supply chain initiatives that standardize processes and supplier relationships.
Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
+ Lead a multi‑disciplinary team to support Munitions Acceleration programs.
+ Establish common supply chain processes, supplier agreements, terms, conditions, and pricing.
+ Coordinate with all levels of leadership across functions to align objectives.
+ Develop and implement supplier performance metrics and governance.
