Job Description

Ensure all relevant Quality Assurance Procedures and SOPs are always observed. Liaise with the internal department stakeholders as well as sub-contractors both in house and out of yard. Lead and devise improvement initiatives for existing processes, policies and procedures.

• Maintain a list of reliable sub-contractors to complement the organization workforce through: screening and registration of new sub-contractors, revalidation of existing sub-contractors, post project evaluation of sub-contractors.
• Ensure adequate information/requirements are supplied for sub-contractors’ tenders; prepare commercial terms, bid analysis and negotiate with sub-contractors, if necessary.
• Ensure the coordination of all sub-contracting work for specific projects is in place; assist Project Management on claims assessment for original/variation work scope, including compilation and reporting of sub-contract cost.
