• Greet patients with a smile and provide a welcoming front‑desk experience.
• Answer inbound phone calls and assist patients with insurance and billing questions.
• Enter patient information accurately into the electronic health record system.
• Perform data entry and ensure all patient records are complete and compliant with HIPAA regulations.

• Manage 1+ functional areas within the Patient Access and Retention department.
• Supervise 2+ professional and support staff, including subordinate supervisors.
• Carry out hiring, firing, and promotion decisions for direct reports.
• Evaluate staff performance and develop improvement plans.
• Ensure department goals and metrics are met while maintaining high quality patient experiences.
