Responsibilities
• End-to-End HR system Support
• Solution Design: Ensure robust system design, focusing on scalability and efficiency. Keeping system ready for legal and statutory compliance with regards to HR topics
• Performance Optimization: Continuously identify areas for improvement in existing solutions, implement enhancements, and optimize system performance.
• Training & Support: Develop and conduct training sessions for system users to ensure optimal adoption.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Work closely with various business units to align solutions with their goals and ensure successful project outcomes.
Technical Competencies
SAP HR Modules, SAP Payroll, Personal Administration, Organizational Management, Time Management (Leave Application, Time evaluation etc.)
