Analyse cross border performance and develop insights on the driving factors behind the figures
Monitor operational key performance indicators and identify pain points for sellers and buyers, providing recommendations on areas of improvement
Collaborate with internal teams (e.g. Business Development, Marketing, etc.) to understand local processes and ensure sufficient exposure for cross-border sellers and products
Coordinate cross-border campaigns
Liaise closely with key account managers to onboard new sellers and obtain sellers’ feedback
Send out daily status updates to the team on performance and upcoming activities
Requirements
Currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree with majors in relevant field
Strong analytical skill and sensitivity to data
Strong oral and written communication skill
Creative and innovative approaches to solving problems
