Etelä-Savon hyvinvointialue invites medical students to work during the summer of 2027 at Mikkeli or Savonlinna hospitals, offering valuable experience across specialties and a flexible May–September schedule. Requirements include being a fourth‑year medical student eligible to act as a doctor, completing the clinical course and specialty exam, and fluent Finnish.

Vaccination protection and health status reporting are also required.
