Summer Management Internship – Painting Operations

This is a full-time summer leadership role for someone who wants real responsibility—not a typical summer job.

You’ll be involved in running day-to-day painting operations, managing crews on-site, coordinating schedules, and solving real problems as they come up.
You’ll work closely with the owner and gain hands-on experience in operations, leadership, and execution in a fast-paced environment.

This role is structured, supported, and demanding.
You’ll learn quickly, take ownership early, and see how a service business actually runs.
