**Job Description:**

Manages the day-to-day activity of all project construction staff. Provides feedback on performance appraisals. Manages the training and development of staff. Approves paid time off (PTO) requests and ensures human resources policies are followed. For those supervising Union employees – ensures that all performance evaluations are completed in a timely manner per union agreements; reviews, approves, and/or rejects promotions of staff up to and including Foremen. Manages work performance on designated projects or assigned portions of projects to ensure craft workers are following project rules and procedures. Ensures employees comply with company safety polices and maintain current on safety trainings. Advises project management team of potential issues and problems with projects including, but not limited to work interferences, scheduling challenges, etc. ...
