Position Overview

Job Responsibilities:


Scheduling

  • Responsible for maintaining and updating the CPM schedule during construction of the project.

  • Reviews schedule updates with the Project Manager.

  • Ensures procurement of tools and materials are delivered at specified times to meet work schedules.

  • Able to identify schedule risk and create plans to mitigate risk.

  • Ensure the project schedule adheres to the contracted terms and captures the delays with support of the project team as needed.

    • Risk Management

  • Studies specifications to plan for construction based on contract dates, labor, and equipment requirements for each phase of construction.

  • Interprets the contract documents to ensure complete conformance with plans and specifications.

  • Responsible for completing daily reports in Procore.

  • Reviews and reports on all self-perform divisions production budget and cost.
