Job Description
The Superintendent leads all field operations for large and complex commercial construction projects, with a focus on healthcare, education, manufacturing, and other large commercial facilities. This role manages pre-construction planning, day-to-day site activities, safety, quality control, scheduling, and project closeout in close collaboration with the project management and quality control teams. The Superintendent ensures projects run safely, efficiently, and in alignment with budget, schedule, and client expectations while fostering a culture of continuous improvement and Lean construction practices.
