What You’ll Do:
• Oversee daily field operations and crews across excavation, grading, and mining projects
• Ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, and in compliance with plans and specs
• Coordinate equipment, materials, and subcontractors• Lead jobsite communication with project managers, inspectors, and clients
• Enforce safety protocols and company standards on all job sites
